- 15–29 days before departure – 25% of the total package cost
- 7–14 days before departure – 50% of the total package cost
- Less than 7 days before departure – 100% of the total package cost (No refund)

- In case of force majeure events (like natural calamities or political unrest), cancellation charges may vary based on the policies of our service providers.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after deducting cancellation charges and applicable taxes.
